Hey y’all! My roommate is moving out in March, and I am looking to fill her spot in a 2br/2bath sweet little two-story house in Chestnut Commons. The lease will be month-to-month, our landlord is awesome and flexible. Depending on whether you need a WFH spot in the common area your share of rent would be $1250-$1300, plus ~$160 for utilities/google fiber/gas.
Your bedroom has tall ceilings and a dreamy window bench. Deep under-stair closet and ensuite bathroom. Location is highly convenient, a block from the MLK train station and the nice Boggy Creek path that runs through there, short walking distance from Nixta, Sour Duck, Birdie’s, bars on 12th, Zed’s….
All of the living room furniture is hers so if you have stuff to bring, there is room!
About the roomies
27F, I work from home ~2 days of the week but otherwise go into office downtown.
I have no pets but very chill and well-behaved ones welcome if we are all a good fit.
