I’m moving out of the city and am looking for a replacement to share an apartment with my current roomie! We live in North Hollywood in walking distance of the the busy and colorful Noho Arts District with really cute cafes and a lot of amazing food.

The apartment has a living room, balcony, kitchen, and guest bathroom on the bottom floor and your own large bedroom with a connected private bathroom and full length mirror/closet on the top floor.

There is in-unit washer and dryer, and garage parking, and also a storage space in the garage. Water is taken care of but we split gas/ WiFi bills.

We just moved into this place together and haven’t had time to buy a lot of furniture, so my roomate is planning on finishing furnishing the space after I leave- you’re very welcome to use your own furniture and give your input on your interior tastes/aesthetics!!

We are looking for a woman, preferably between 20-28, with independent, chill, friendly energy. Open communication is also super important. And if you’re a student/ in the same industry that would be a plus! We’re 420 friendly but ask if you smoke cigarettes that you use the balcony. We’re not neat freaks at all, but enjoying taking care of your space and giving it some love is definitely important 😊💕

You’ll be living with my roomate Rose. She’s 25 and works in the entertainment industry and is a really amazing roommate and person. Super sweet and respectful of our shared space, and always down for a chat or wine night!

She’s away on a project a lot of the time, so you could have the place to yourself for a couple weeks at a time! She also occasionally hosts guests from out of town. Her family is great and always checks in and are super respectful. And you’re more than welcome to host family/ friends as well!

Rose is a plant mama and also has a super cute, small dog named Sirius that doesn’t shed or smell and mainly keeps to her but can sometimes get confused and think you’re breaking into the place and throw a fit before he recognizes you. He doesn’t bite though, and will want pets as soon as he figures out you’re not an intruder! He’s not aggressive, and could do well with other dogs but they’d have to be friendly too. She’s working on his behavior in terms of the random bark attacks- he’s moved a lot recently and should calm down soon, and he’ll be with a dog sitter or family when she is working for an extended period of time.
