Looking for a quiet, clean, considerate roomie to takeover my room in a lovely home in Los Feliz. The price of rent is unbeatable for this area and is month to month.
About the home: The home has tons of space and beautiful light fixtures in the living area. It is gated with tandem parking out front. Parking is within the gated area. There is a washer and dryer in unit and most big appliances (fridge and stove).
About the area: The home is located in the heart of Los Feliz. Walking distance to all of the cute local restaurants and coffee shops on either Vermont or Hillhurst. Hollywood Blvd is walking distance as well. The Greek Theater is just right up the road, as well as the Griffith Observatory. Silverlake is located just a few miles away as well which has great restaurants and coffee shops as well!

Roomies: You’ll be living with 3 other people. All wonderful. Most keep to themselves a lot of the time! Quiet home environment. The landlord lives on site just right behind the house and is available most of the time. Responds quickly if you have any needs that may arise!
