Stephanie's room

Hi everyone! I have a fully-furnished single bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in West Davis. The bedroom is upstairs and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom (mine). I would rent the room month-to-month, $900 (would possibly be open to $850 if need be) plus split utilities. Your bedroom has a beautiful view of the wetlands. Unfortunately my house in no wheelchair accessible so must be able to climb stairs. Looking for short-term tenants (around 3 months). Pic is of living room. I am a paraprofessional in the Davis Joint Unified School District, I run an art camp for kids in the summers, and I am a published children’s book author and illustrator. I love outdoor sports, dancing, art and music. I play percussion in an all-women Latin band (we rarely practice at my house though). I am looking for someone who is environmentally-conscientious and likes to conserve energy and water when possible, someone who is tidy, and someone who cleans up after themselves (dishes left in the sink is a pet peeve of mine). I usually vacuum the house once a week and clean the bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly every other week. I speak Spanish at a high-intermediate level, sign (American Sign Language) at a high-intermediate level, speak German and Portuguese at a beginning level, and know lots of phrases in many different languages. International students welcome! Deaf or HH and people with disabilities welcome (but the house is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately). There is street parking next to my house as well. I don’t have much storage space for kayaks and big things of that nature unfortunately.
