Seeking single / independent / professional or student house mate to share my home located on Guadalupe River/Lake Dunlap – great park, boat ramp and docks. Large room with full size bed, large closet. The hall bathroom may also be used by visitors so must be kept clean with everything put away. Back yard fenced / covered porch / dining / BBQ. Short term okay. Fenced back yard. 3 miles from Resolute Hospital; 17 miles south of Texas State San Marcos. 2.3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. River dam being re-built; completion approx. mid 2023.

One professional lives on property and works remote, so home wi-fi is a private / unshared network. There will be no parties, smoking of any kind, drugs, overnight guests or any disturbances which interfere with the peace :) HVAC costs that exceed set limits will be billed back to roomer as a cost control measure.
