The room is a private room recently renovated with brand new carpet, closet, brand new private bathroom built with a bath tub. Looking for a responsible single individual that is clean and a working professional is desired. Willing to work together on creating a nice co-living space! Must have good credit and proof of income. Background checks are required and to be paid by the renter once approved. First and last month rent up front with security deposit.

I work Monday-Friday & prefer a quiet home that is my safe space & sanctuary. I have a cat that is skittish and would like someone who is not allergic to cats and gets along with them. I like to cook and spend time in the living room and kitchen. I like to keep a clean house and stay tidy.
