I am looking for a new roommate to sign a one year lease in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in a great, safe area in New Britain next to CCSU. There is immediate access to route 9 ramps, and many places nearby to eat. You will have your own bathroom with a connecting door to shared shower room. There is a balcony. Building has secure private parking lot, elevator, and a card-operated laundry room on each floor.

I am 25, female, and a working professional. In my free time I like to ice skate, play volleyball, and take ballroom dance lessons. I hope to find someone around my age who is easy to get along with and is clean and respectful.
