If you would like to renew the lease at my current place, you would be looking at about $ 700-month rent $ 550 security deposit. We pay for gas, electricity, and internet. This would also be a 12 month lease. The place is a quiet and sunny 2 bed 1 bath, 858 sq ft duplex a few blocks away from the 9th&9th hub of restaurants, cafes, and shops. A few blocks away from Smith’s grocery store. A mile from the University of Utah. We have neighbors but they are polite and quiet! The bedroom for rent has built-in drawers, a decent-sized closet, and lots of daylight. The living room has an amazing view of the mountains and a kitchen with new appliances.

While this has been an awesome place, I do find it a little small for two people. Open to taking a room or finding another place with someone.

Hello! My dog Betty and I are looking for a new roommate at the end of March/1st of April! We currently have a place and are open to renewing (details below) but I am kind of looking for a new place to change things up. My budget is to be below $1,000 and would prefer to stay within Salt Lake City limits. I would also prefer to live with someone around my age.

A little about me: I am 28 years old and currently work from home. I keep busy with ballet classes and helping run a women’s walking group in town. My other hobbies include cooking, baking, hiking, going to fun events, and trying new things. I am looking to be friends with my roommate but also give each other space. I keep my space clean but understand when things get crazy. I don’t get upset if things get messy for a short time. I drink on occasion and I don’t smoke. My dog, Betty, is a 5-year-old scruffy pup with the cutest underbite smile. She is well-behaved, potty trained, and would love to be your friend as well!
