Your own 1 Bedroom with a shared kitchen, shared living room, and shared bathroom. Front of house is only 2 bedrooms total sharing 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room.

Has free laundry machine and dryer machine on site (separate laundry room you will be given key to).

The $980 per month rent includes wifi internet, gas, trash, gardening/grass cutting. Rent does not include water and electricity, which will be split evenly amongst the total number of people living on the property. A lot of parking spaces on street to park car (free no need for permit).

Can come furnished or not furnished depending on your need.

Move in ready, need $1,000 security deposit plus 1 month rent upfront payment to move in. Owner will verify credit score and proof of income.
