Looking for someone to take over our contract (7 months left) at Portofino Apartments in Mission Valley (right across the street from Costco, IKEA, and Starbucks!). Apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath. You get the master bedroom and your own garage. First floor apartment with a patio. Washer and dyer in unit. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, community center, and conference room.

We prefer two roommates that already know each other. But we are okay with two separate parties. Once we find interested parties, we will have the two prospective roommates meet before you’d have to make a decision.
