Available now (as of 02/15/2024) Large furnished bedroom with a King size bed, desk and chair. Very private location, downstairs bedroom, with close proximity to the bathroom with additional cabinet/storage space. All utilities and WiFi are included. Shared refrigerator space available, open parking (our driveway or on-street) available, Full-size laundry also available for your use at no extra cost. Our home is located in a very nice and safe “Million $ Dollar Neighborhood” behind the Oceanside Airport, off Benet Road and Highway 76. Only a quick 5 minute drive to I-5. We are looking for a Female roommate (female only-sorry guys), no pets, no kids, no over-night guests allowed, nor smoking tobacco products allowed in house (no exceptions). Asking first month rent ($1000) plus last month rent ($1000) be paid upon taking possession, plus a $500 security deposit. So, a total of $2,500 moves you in! We are looking for a responsible and quiet adult. If you are looking for a nice place to live, we look forward to hearing from you.

Our other roommates work with us at our business, which we believe that is a good thing, as we know them all to a degree. Most everyone is gone during the day from around 9:15 am until 9:30 pm or so. So, the home is quiet during the day. At night, the home is quiet after 10:30 pm, after everyone has gotten home, cooked/heated up their food and retired to their rooms. We are actually very easy to live with as everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, yet is also very respectful of one another. Lastly, you may like to know our home is clean. We have a housekeeping service that comes every other week to deep clean all of the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc). The house is also kept on a constant thermostat (Heat and AC) so it never gets too hot in the summer, nor too cold during the winter months.
