Looking for a third roommate in [a female household] that is responsible, clean, and respectful in a 3bd/3ba house in the POMONA area.

What you will be receiving: A very spacious master bedroom that is around ~380 sq ft and has an ensuite bathroom, two closets, and is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, and nightstand. This beautiful and cozy home is fully furnished and is located in a very convenient and safe area. This luxurious home was built in 2020 and will make you feel right at home as it is comfortable and sparkling clean. The two roommates are both females who are mid 40’s-50’s. They are very respectful, quiet, clean, and are very mindful of inviting guests into the home. They prefer to have a quiet and peaceful home and would welcome any female professional over the age of 30.
