I am looking for 1 housemate to live upstairs with 2 other housemates in this beautiful 3,100 sqft house. The home is quiet, non-smoking, drug free and always clean. Perfect atmosphere for mature professionals. It features 1000 sqft of living space. Living room and dining room will be furnished for your convenience. Utilities (water, sewage, garbage, recycle, high-speed internet, electricity) are included in the rent.

• Room 1: Furnished room with shared bathroom (bathroom has double sink) for $950

1st month + last month rent + $500 deposit is required before moving in. $35 application fee per person is required before lease signing. Your criminal background, credit report and eviction history will be checked. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The home is located in Auburn; 3 miles from Green River College in a very nice, safe, clean, quiet and friendly suburb neighborhood. There is always at least 1 person living in the house and never more than 5. This 2 floor home features many amenities such as an automatic front door lock, fingerprint/code access to front door lock, locks on all bedrooms, fireplace, high ceilings, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, furnished living room, furnished dining room, 0.25 acre fenced back yard, beautiful open kitchen concept with large island, designated kitchen cabinet storage/fridge space, Keurig machine, etc.

I’m quiet, clean and have my own entrance so there’s a slim chance we’ll see each other much but I’m open to having dinners and get-togethers with housemates. I host friends/family/business meetings/gatherings frequently but we are respectful of noise level and I will be in high communication of when gatherings are taking place.
