About the room
Single room in a quiet community with a gorgeous view overlooking a small lake. Shared one and a half bathroom and common areas. Washer and dryer onsite. Utilities and internet (gamer tier) included. Off street parking available.
Rent is due at the beginning of each month. $400 deposit required and will be returned at the end of your stay if without incident. Prices are non-negotiable. Lease is for 1 year
Located in a small community on Hwy 905 near historic downtown Conway. Food Lion and Walmart is a 10-15 minute drive. Easy access to Conway to the south and Loris/Little River, North Myrtle Beach to the north.
Unfortunately no pets are permitted. No smoking onsite and no recreational drug use.

About the roomies
Right now it’s just me and another person. I’m pretty big on video games so I’m generally a homebody. Because I’m at home so much I like to keep it as clean and hygge as possible, maintaining that good vibe.
