I have a bedroom in a ranch home. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom that is shared. The laundry is in my finished basement. I have tenants in the basement. The house also has a sun room and parking in a private driveway.
There is storage in the shed or attached garage.

I’m a single woman who works from home some days but most of the time at work. I have a couple that lives in the finished basement. This listing is for a single person preferably but would consider a single person with a child.
