Unfurnished spacious room with shared bathroom. Room has two closets. Washing machine and drying machine inside apartment. Looking for someone who can clean up after themselves. All utilities included (Wi-Fi, PGE). Parking space on street. Apartment is close to valley plaza mall and groceries stores within 4 minutes. This is a month to month rent until we feel comfortable with each other.

I’m a busy and chill person. I like to keep the apartment clean. Most of the time I’m at school or at work and when I’m home I usually study. You can always have guest as long as you let me know in advance.
