Easy access to freeway – less than ½ mile to the Apian freeway entrance. Just 5 minutes by car to Fitzgerald Dr, the major shopping strip of Pinole. One Freeway exit from Trader Joes, Walgreens, Sprouts, Kaiser, Pinole Library and more. Close to charming old-town Pinole. Full house privileges including Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Fully-equipped kitchen. In my opinion, one of the nicest features of this home is the lush, private covered patio and back garden. The room is 10 x 13, carpeted. Dresser and other bedroom furniture available, if needed. Utility bills are split 3 ways. Your share runs about $100 a month

There are two of us currently living in the house. I, the owner, am semi-retired and around the house quite a bit. I’m pretty easy going and try not to sweat the small stuff. I do enjoy a clean house, though, and would expect everyone to pick up after themselves and pitch in the take care of normal household tasks. Above all, I think it is important to maintain good, clear communication. The other housemate is younger man who is generally cheerful and good natured. He is very considerate and conscientious.
