Rachel's room

I have two rooms for rent. A masterbedroom with private bathroom and a medium size room. The medium sized room is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Home is located 10 minutes from Andrew’s AFB, 20 minutes from DC and 5 minutes from the metro. You get all DC has to offer without the traffic! The neighborhood is quiet and clean and 5 minutes from a grocery store.

About me, I am an Air Force veteran and single mom looking for another single parent or student. The second room can be subletted if you wish. When I first was divorced and fighting for custody I could’ve used a break on expenses and help around the house. After 6 years, I’m finally in a position to help someone else. It’s my son and I. We’re quiet and respectful people. We like to watch movies and go to DC on the weekends. We’re out of the house on weekdays by 7a and home around 7p. He spends the summer, two weekends per month and holidays in Ohio with Dad. We also have an italian greyhound, Walter. A clean background check is important to me because I have my son. I am open to also do one, I’ve never been in trouble with the law and have a clean background.
