Your rent would be $1700.00 per month, which includes all utilities. Security deposit of $1600. This includes your own bedroom, your own bathroom with a shower head and a tub and a large closet in your bedroom. You would also get your own parking spot and the unit comes with a laundry room in unit with a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher.
Must love cats and not be allergic! I have 2 that would be living there with us as well.
Couples are welcome if you can both pass the background and credit check, application is through the park.
No smoking inside.
You would be taking over a lease for 10 more months, until November 23rd, 2023.
