Town home with all hard wood floors, 1.5 baths in a quiet community. Less than one mile from hospital and UVA campus. Apt chosen because in a low crime area and well maintained grounds. Townhome is across from laundry facilities and plenty of parking. Facility has pool, clubhouse and gym for our use. Apt will have my furniture but the second bedroom will be unfurnished.
