FURNITURE: There are some furnished options for your room. The rest of the house is fully furnished & stocked with kitchen wares, linens, etc

THE VIBE: The house is a great space to share – conscious community vibes. Super positive energy in the house! The ideal is to have great alignment and a conscious friendly connection, share good times, good conversations, share meals sometimes, we go to concerts together, paddleboarding, etc. etc. Healthy lifestyle is a consistent theme in the house - we love things like juicing, smoothies, plant-based eating, tea, meditation, yoga, reading, spending time outside, chatting, talking business, etc. Happy to welcome a new friend into the mix!

TERMS: Month to month agreement to make it easiest for everyone. Long-term ideal.

My name is Michael, I’m the lead tenant in the house. I own a marketing agency and work with purpose-driven companies. I’m also a health and vitality expert, into herbalism, holistic living, longevity, fitness, meditation. I’m 37yo, very grounded, and I enjoy doing improv comedy, hiking, paddle boarding, concerts, etc.

Another housemate is Deanna, she’s passionate about yoga, personal development, psychology, fashion, and the Colorado lifestyle. She travels frequently for work, and LOVES living at the house.

Our other housemate is Natalie, she’s a wonderful person, always laughing, very kind and conscious. She’s passionate about Ayurveda and living a healthy lifestyle. She loves dance, cooking, conscious communication, and developing her personal business.
