Hi! I’m looking to sublease my room and bathroom in a 2 BR / 2.5 BA apartment near downtown Roanoke (a duplex)! Super charming place with high ceilings, new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, etc. I’m subsidizing the rent by $50 a month since the lease is coming up quickly. It would be February to July 1st!
About the roomies
My current roommate who would be staying is Tim (24M), he works as a pharmacy tech and is currently in pharmacy school. We’ve been friends for five years and I would vouch that he’s one of the kindest, most considerate people I’ve ever known, just very reserved!
