South Shore Drive Southeast

I have 4 bedroom house, 3 rooms on the ground floor one of which is the one you may be renting. Parents live in the downstairs. Your room opens up to the back deck with an amazing view of the lake. Room dimensions are 12foot 3in X 13feet with a 7ft 2in closet. Also has a 7foot 9 inch large window. Summers are fun on the lake. This would be for a private room, furnished, shared kitchen and bathroom. All utilities are included, washer and dryer in the garage. I do have two small dogs that mostly live downstairs with the parents and one cat that comes and goes. This is not a college party house. We are a quiet family but do like to have fun outdoors in the summertime. No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors!!!! Other than marijuana I do not tolerate drugs of any kind. Thank you.

Myself 43 male that works as an registered nurse full time and enjoys getting out and maybe gone for a few days at time. I am a pretty much no nonsense person. I do like having adult drinks but no smoking or drugs. I enjoy watching sports and movies. Parents live downstairs and are retired, they do most of the upkeep on the property, looking after the dogs and chickens.
