Kandace's room

The house is about 1200 sq ft with a mostly open layout. The bedroom isn’t huge but isn’t a bad size (I don’t know the exact dimensions). The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and would not be shared with me. My bedroom door is off of the living area and the other bedroom is down a hallway so they are far apart. There is a back deck and huge partially fenced in yard. The house is modest and does not have extremely modern finishes or anything. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi! It will be just me living in the house. I have 3 cats so preferably my future roommate wouldn’t have any pets of their own but we could discuss another cat (no dogs as my cats don’t do well with them) I work at a nonprofit behavioral health center. I spend most of my free time reading, cooking, hanging out with friends, going on walks, watching tv etc. I am a clean and organized person but I wouldn’t say “clean freak”. Ask me anything!
