Stevens Entry

This property is a two bedroom two bath ground floor apartment. The apartment is in walking distance by golf cart path to restaurants and a grocery store. The complex has a pool that is open in the summertime and a gym. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and is next to your own private full bath. The bedroom also has a new queen mattress and a nightstand that you are welcome to. The rest of the apartment is a living room sunroom and kitchen that are fully furnished and equipped.

I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I also really enjoy cooking. unfortunately, I am currently dealing with some health issues (nothing contagious!), so I don’t have the energy to work full-time outside the house yet. Even though I’m home quite a bit I am usually in my bedroom, so it won’t feel like I’m always there or anything. I have a very sweet black lab named Bill. He gets along well with both cats and dogs. I’m a pretty low-key person and would like a roommate who is the same. No drama!
