About the room

Hi 👋 Unfortunately , it seems I need to post this. If you are truly interested in this home the following will be required of you. 1 A Criminal Back round check 2 A Credit check 3 A ID check . 4 Willing to sign a legal month to month Lease agreement. 5 A copy of your Drivers Licence 6 At least one or two references preferably one of them from the last place you have rented. 7 A verification letter of your curret employment . All this may seem like a lot but really nothing more than what one would need to provide if one were looking to rent in a apartment complex… The bedroom is fully furnished. The furniture is basically brand new. Has a brand new TV. Wifi is through out the house 1gig. The house is fairly large. It has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. The house is relatively new was built in 2018. Has a large fenced in back yard. There is full use of the kitchen and washer and dryer. Full use of the screened in porch. A 1000.00 a month may seem like a lot but that’s 250.00 dollars a week. You would not fine a decent hotel for a week at that price let alone an extended stay hotel at that price for a week. I do not rent to people who smoke . No pets are allowed. About the roomies

I am retired. I moved here in 2015 from New Jersey. . There are no other people living in the home except for me. No smoking allowed or Vaping. No illegal Drugs allowed. No Alcoholics and or Abuse of Alcohol allowed. No Fire Arms or weapons of any kind allowed weather you have a Concealed Permit to Carry or not. No Over Night Guest allowed.
