Mid twenties female occupants seeking third housemate of similar age. There is one room for rent (please see pictures for dimensions) in a shared townhouse. Includes a shared full bath. Townhouse includes garage (for storage only), kitchen, in-unit laundry, living room/dining room. Living/dining room and shared bathroom are fully furnished. Forced air and gas but no AC (recommend to get a portable AC.) Located near International School of Beaverton/Intel Aloha/Trimet stops, etc. Home already has two friendly free-roaming cats and is NOT open to any more pets. We are seeking someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful. ONE occupant wanted - nonnegotiable. Rent is $520 a month not including utilities. Landlords are our neighbors in the attached townhouse. Move in date is 02/01/2023 - cannot move in any sooner. Please inquire and we can go from there! first+last+$400 deposit required by move in
