Tevi's room

Spacious private bedroom with street view in a 4-bedroom house. The room can be locked with a key. An extra storage area is available in the adjacent room. Shared bathroom with one other person. The house has a kitchen, two living rooms, a garage, and a large backyard with a pool and a jacuzzi. We have a surveillance camera at the front door for security. The utilities are approximately an extra 150-250 dollars per month, depending on use.

Three other roommates currently live on the property. They are all very quiet college students. We have a stray cat on the street that we feed outside. Cannabis smoking is ok outside in the backyard.
