I just signed a lease for a new apartment in town and would like to find a male roommate to cut down on rent. Move-in early February. You would have to be approved by the property manager first and sign onto the lease. The lease is until July with the option to renew.

The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath ground-level unit. Your bathroom would be private except if there’s guests. The unit comes with a single-car garage space for storing your extra stuff. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc. Otherwise, it’s unfurnished which I hope to change over time. I’m willing to work with you on how we’d split rent since I’ll have the larger room.

Gas, electric, and internet would be split between us.

No pets.

I’m in my mid-twenties and have been living in Bozeman for almost a year. I have a local IT job which allows me to work from home 4 days a week. I’m friendly and laid-back and keep mostly to myself. I can be as much a homebody as an outdoorsman depending on the weather. I snowboard, fish, run, hike, read, cook, etc. I’m Christian as well and spend a fair amount of my week away from home doing church activities.

I value privacy and quiet and would expect the same from a roommate. I’d like to treat the apartment as a private abode and not a public hangout (the occasional guest(s) is fine – no overnight stays though). I don’t smoke or do drugs but do have an occasional beer with dinner.
