Hi all! I am looking for a roommate to apply with me for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hillcrest for Feb 1st move in! Rent is $1200 per person. The contract is 12 months. You’d be able to take the room with the attach bath if you’d like. The previous person I applied with had to change their moving plans but my portion of the application is already approved. I found this amazing apartment a couple minutes from the 163 in the north part of Hillcrest tucked on a col de sac behind Scripps hospital. The apartment also has a reserved parking spot and lots of street parking which is extremely rare in this central area of San Diego.
