Room was previously rented for 8 years by a super nice elderly couple, but are retiring to the Philippines , so room is available.

Room will come unfurnished, carpet will be pulled out and replaced once the current occupant leaves on the 20th of January. Room will also be repainted and renovated.

We are looking for a family, or a couple to rent the house but we can discuss. We are a family as well, so no drama, smoking or drugs in the house. We own a kitten.
