Room for rent in New townhouse with storage space First and foremost looking for someone respectful and clean in the house. I will be renting out one of the rooms and bathrooms starting in Febuary 10th. I can easily do a custom time frame lease. It’s a nice brand new townhouse with 3 beds 3 bath and plenty of space and storage. 5 miles is from piney green gate. Community pool that is open during the summer. The entire house and complex is newly built.

I will be the only other adult in the house. I have a daughter that will pop in and out from time to time.
