Washer and dryer on site and parking on the driveway or street. The house is shared with 2 other roommates in the main floor and owner in the basement whenever he comes to town. This is a clean environment and would like to have someone who is clean and organized. No drugs, no drunks, no pets; smoke outside . Run background and credit. Must sign an agreement.
