Lovely, furnished bedroom with a private bathroom inside modern, 2 bedroom apartment, available now through the end of May 2023 for one person. Upstairs unit has a queen bed, large closet, nightstand, lamp, ceiling fan, large dresser, and lots of natural light. All linens, towels, and utilities included. Kitchen and laundry (in unit) privileges. Must be okay with two friendly cats. I work from home and mostly in my room. Street parking. Excellent location, next to freeway, close to shopping, restaurants, and only 2.5 miles to UCR! Quiet apartment complex. No smoking, No overnight guests.
