The house has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, heating, a back porch, a gate, a large drive-way, a small yard, and blackberry bushes grow all around the area (we typically made blackberry pie at the end of summer). The big draw for us though was the outdoor access. We are less than a 1/4 mile from beautiful county trails, within 5 minutes of river access on the Snoqualmie. Access to highway 2 & Stevens Pass is incredibly convenient. It is very quiet and very pretty in the area!

Your room is the master bedroom, it has a very large bathroom attached with a standing shower and a big bath tub. The room itself is also large with a walk-in closet.

About 40 minutes to Seattle (20 minutes to Issaquah or Redmond) Internet can be a bit slow (my brother worked from home since Covid with it successfully) No pets I play an instrument Lawncare

The Unusual:

Landlords live on the same land. They are very nice people and keep to themselves. I do not own a television - you are welcome to bring one if you’d like, of course! All of our neighbors have dogs. 2 are incredibly sweet senior pups and 1 likes to dwell in their yard. Our neighbor has a tractor show in summer for a weekend.

If you smoke it will have to be outside Couples are just fine, but I would feel uncomfortable with a child in the house too.

Cost: $1100/month Rent ~$120/month Utilities First & last month rent will be due on move in $30 application that will be done via Zillow. (If you have a profile there and have already done an application you can provide that instead) The lease would be for 6 months initially but if things are working out for everyone the room is available longer!

I would be your roommate. I am 30 years old, I work about 20 minutes away. I am trying to save money to reach some goals of mine and intend to stay here for about 3 more years. I do my best to support the concept of equity and am all around an empathetic human being. I do practice an instrument, the fiddle, and will continue to do that.
