Large spacious master suite with a private patio entrance. Located in Carpinteria in a desirable, semi private neighborhood. There is jacuzzi and pool on premises. This unit is being rented as a separate unit, although attached to the main house. There is a microwave and refrigerator, new hardwood floors and it is very clean. This space is ideal for one person.

I am quiet and lead a healthy lifestyle. I have a small dog (shitzu) who is adorable. I work in and out of the house, spend time gardening as well as creative projects when i have time.
