Grace's room

Super cute duplex a few streets away from downtown mainstreet - bakeries, coffeeshops, antiques, stores, bars - you name it! 15min walk from the waterfront. In a safe neighborhood area. Clean, well kept up with totally renovated kitchen and bathrooms. You will have a room downstairs (it’s a bit of a funky shape, but it’s totally doable! Good square footage for sure, and a big storage area) and your very own large bathroom (very nice and renovated - bigger than the one we share!) Rent is $800/month + utilities. Lot’s of street parking and one driveway parking spot we share and rotate. Unfortunately no pets :(

Two females, 27 & 28, relatively quiet, very kind and friendly. Not partiers - just want a clean, comfortable place to come home to and relax after work. But we are still fun and like to have a good time! We would love to be friends and hang out with our roommate, but also respect boundaries. We look forward to meals, game nights, and movie nights on occasion - your participation is totally optional, but we would love you to join! We are both clean and tidy and value everyone doing their share in keeping the place up.
