Chris's room

There are 2 rooms available. The bathroom would be shared between two people. If needed, the office space will be fully available for use as well. We can also negotiate a higher rent if you would like to be the only roommate.

This home is located in the comfortable neighborhood of Tallyn’s Reach. Some of the rooms include a large kitchen with an island, a living room space with a fireplace, and an office space. The unfinished basement provides plenty of room for storage as well. There is a small backyard with a large patio for entertaining guests.

The home is located near Southlands Mall with various shops and restaurants to choose from, as well as close access to E-470. Arapahoe road is a 15 minute route to I-25.

My name is Chris and I am the homeowner and currently the only person living on the property. I own two medium sized dogs, Apollo and Ares, who are friendly with people and other dogs. Though to prevent damage, I would prefer someone without any additional pets.
