Conveniently located near Southwestern Community College, shopping mall, grocery stores, and lake. Spacious room with private bathroom. Shared kitchen, washer and dryer. Driveway and/or street parking available (never a problem). Access to community pool. Available May 1st on a 3 or 6 month lease (possible 12 month lease).

Single female professional. I consider myself quiet at first, but very friendly once I get to know you. I like to keep my house clean and tidy.
