The room is 220 square ft with double wide closet, comes furnished with king bed ,double dresser and 70 inch 4k smart TV and wifi available, private bathroom available, washer and dryer on property in 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home, fenced in back yard with screened in porch, shared kitchen and living room with arcade room in day room, 3rd bedroom is a office but is off limits. Private parking available, the electric is shared bc of the laundry dryer and central air and heat bc of the rising electricity costs by the electric company. Home is located only a minute from hwy 75 for tampa or Orlando and within a few minutes from grocery stores and shopping. No pets please bc I already have 3 and no couples or families this room rental is only for 1 person only.
