Room is a good size, with a large closet. Can convert to a single twin or remove for your own bed. Working desk if wanted. Good neighborhood, quite and low traffic. Clean and quite household. Near all major stores! No smoking cigarettes in house!

I am easy going and respectful of others. As long as you are the same, my house is yours. I work a full time job and expect quit at night. Exceptions are welcome within reason.
