Lauren's room

This is a spare, unfurnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house. There is no carpet in the house. The floors of this bedroom are wood laminate and the floors of the home are tile. The house has two living areas. One is adjacent to the spare bedroom and the other is next to the kitchen and has a door to the carport and also to the patio. The stove is gas range, the kitchen has been recently renovated, and there are a new washer and dryer in the utility room. The patio has a large sofa, table and 2 chairs, and a privacy fence. All of the rooms are furnished except the spare bedroom.

I love living here because the house is centrally located and the neighborhood is quiet. You can easily access 410 and 1-10 and it’s about a 10 minute drive to popular places, like the airport, downtown, and the quarry.

I live in the home with my tripod pitbull mix. We are both easy going and tidy (aside from his dog hair).

I am a social worker and work during the day Monday- Friday. I play soccer and enjoy spending time outside. I love cooking and baking and spending time with friends. I’m looking for someone who is clean, organized, responsible, and considerate.
