Currently subleasing my room and bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. The current tenant is a 26 year old female who works full-time for CU Anschutz and has a sweet 3 yr old cat. Great neighborhood located near Lowry area with quick access to Trader Joe’s, restaurants, Colorado Blvd, and Mayfair park. Walk-in closet, private bathroom, laundry in building, and pet relief areas provided. I can potentially also give you my mattress and dresser if you are needing furniture.

There’s currently 1 female living in the unit with 1 cat. She currently works remotely full-time with University of Colorado and is 26 years old. She’s very quiet, clean, loves classic rock, and all animals.
