This is a private one-bedroom ADU attached to a house. Separate entrance from house. Washer dryer in the garage. Looking for one person only. Unit does not have an oven/stove but it does have a microwave, and a small convection countertop oven can be provided. Unit does not have a bed currently, but I will buy a new full-size bed unless you have your own.
