Rent includes Wifi, cable TV, water, and garbage pickup. Electric bill and once a month maid service will be split between tenants. Room may be rented partially furnished OR unfurnished. Washer/Dryer and treadmill in home, furnished living room, and kitchen with 2 refrigerators!

There are 2 professional women who are full-time renters on the top floor. As the landlord, I too am a professional and I maintain a room for myself when I’m in town in the master bedroom on the top floor. We’re all respectful and courteous - keeping kitchen and common areas tidy and taking out the garbage on a rotating basis. We all are mature individuals who want someone who gets along and can take care of themselves and who is willing to observe basic common sense guidelines to a shared living environment.
