It’s ideal for someone who wants a quiet, quaint space of 400 sq ft. There’s enough space to add a microwave, toaster oven, and small fridge. There’s also a laundry mat nearby. Please no couples, smokers, heavy drinkers, illicit drug users, or pets. Must be clean, tidy, respectful, and willing to help keep driveway clear.
