Alyx's room

It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, quaint ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking. We are a few minute drive from downtown Longmont. We are a few minute walk away from LeftHand Brewery(if that’s your thing). One bedroom is available, and the last bedroom is available for storage if you need. I do have a very sweet large dog, and a gentle cat. No more animals allowed per the rental company’s rules.

I am a single, 33 year old female. I am self employed and rent an office space downtown Longmont. I am clean and respectful. I love to cook, and would definitely cook for you, or with you. I can be social, but also love alone time also. I am easy to get along with.
