This is a doublewide trailer located in a clean, quiet, secure (security drives around) 55 and over community that does not have any units behind it. There’s a community swimming pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, pickle ball courts, shuffle board courts, dart boards, pool tables, library, and a large community center. I am looking for a yearly renter to help watch and take care of my renovated mobile home. You will need to pass a background and credit check, have a referral from your most current landlord, be pet-free, a nonsmoker/non-vaper/non-420, able to use technology like apps, have reliable phone and service, willing to keep the home clean as well as the property by pulling weeds occasionally out of the flower bed, and any other light duty tasks. You will have your own bedroom/bathroom and share the kitchen/living room/dining room/florida room/laundry room/driveway/carport when I am there. Serious inquiries only please.
