The house is 3 bedroom 1 bath. The room has desk, and walk-in closet. Bathroom is shared. Washer and dryer on site. House has amenities that will be shared including refrigerator, and living room. House is in peaceful, and quiet area with large backyard. Room and house are renovated and in nicer condition. Plenty of on street parking. Utilities and internet are split evenly.
About the roomies
I’m a clean, respectful, and organized guy—not a neat freak, just like things in order. I work most days on second shift and value a calm, low-drama home. There are currently two of us in the house (myself and one other roommate), and we’re looking for a third to join us.
Who This Will Work For: Ideally, you’re mature, responsible, and able to handle your own. We’re not picky about lifestyle, but you must be employed, dependable, and capable of contributing to a peaceful living situation. TRUST is a big factor, since this is a house you are sharing.
This Will NOT Work If You:
Have a problem with alcohol or any other addiction
Refuse to do your share of chores
Throw loud parties or bring chaos into the house
Are part of a couple looking to move in together
We’re just regular guys trying to keep a solid, respectful household. If you’re chill, employed, and can clean up after yourself, you’ll fit in great.
