Looking for female post-doc, visiting professor, grad student or professional to share a lovely 3-Bedroom apartment located in a wonderful two-family house in Belmont - 3 miles west of Harvard Square. Our home is located on the 73/71 bus lines, 15 minutes to Harvard Square. Buses run frequently (every 10-15 minutes during commuting hours, every 30 minutes the rest of the time). 

The bedroom comes fully furnished (with additional storage space available in the basement) Free washer/dryer available in basement. 

The available bedroom is medium-sized, has beautiful hardwood floors, and 2 large windows (lots of light). It comes with a closet and is furnished with a twin-sized bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, down comforter, side table, lamp, and comfortable chair.

The rest of the apartment is nicely furnished, has lovely hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows (light and warm), with clean and cozy furnishings. The backyard is available for everyone’s use. The front has a lovely deck with chairs for sitting and having a cup of coffee or for enjoying a glass of wine. The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street, walking distance to cafes and stores, and lovely walking paths. Located on a quiet side street, with kind and friendly neighbors. 

Looking for a like-minded friendly and kind female, who likes a warm and peaceful place to live, and is looking for a very nicely furnished bedroom. Rent includes one off-street parking spot (driveway) and utilities (electricity/gas/heat/internet). More photos can be sent, upon request, once contact is made. The room is available from April 1 - June 31, with the possible option to continue, if mutually desired.

We are a female professional software analyst with a busy work schedule and teen daughter busy with school and activities. At home, we are relaxed, friendly and respectful. In our free time, we are busy with creative activities, mostly music and dance.
